{project life} weeks 1-3

im so excited about this new project. I must confess that I ordered my project life set a year ago, and never used it. but as the year 2013 approached i thought that this little book would force me to start getting out and doing things that are new and different. i guess in a lot of ways it is kind of like this blog. this new year of life, this new blog, this new path that i feel like life is taking me down, all documented. forcing me to get out of my comfort zone and to live life!

so, on to project life...

what is it? project life is a scrapbook for people who don't scrapbook. basically people like me. people who are creative but don't have the time or patience to sit and make a beautifully crafted album of life.

you can order supplies off of amazon, just search under project life. you'll need the binder, pages, and I recommend getting a kit that comes with perfectly cut journalist cards. The sefoam edition is my favorite.

so here are my first several weeks of my project life!

january in pictures

a beginning of a new year. a beginning of a fresh start. 

my whole life i have always seen january as a catch up month. a moment to catch your breath after the rush of the holidays. 

this month has been just that. i have gotten to do some amazing things.

going to sharptop for a restful leader weekend. and hanging out with some of my most favorite people. eating a huge yummy cookie, my favorite meal at sweetcakes in downtown marietta, and making a delish homemade pizza.

plus wearing my favorite christmas gift. my frye boots. aren't they a beauty!
